I consider myself a guardian who helps foster environments where every team member can collaborate effectively and advance the best ideas. The human aspect of our relationships and the collaboration necessary for creation is what fuels my passion. With over twenty years of experience in human resources, I continually learn how to transform this philosophy into reality.

Margaret is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field and is a certified conflict resolution coach and mediator.

Before founding Thought Lens, Margaret served as VP of Human Resources for more than 5 years at mOcean, a leading entertainment advertising agency in Los Angeles. Prior to that, she held the position of VP of Human Resources at Ignition, a full-service advertising agency. Throughout her career, Margaret has built HR departments and practices from the ground up, implementing diversity-inclusive programs and developing cost-effective recruitment strategies.

Margaret earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Riverside.
